filing a complaint against someone who is inspecting your homes you build that should be brand new and not failing apart from the day you finish the build. ITs not impossible to build a perfect home. Taylor morrison uses the response of "we are human we make mistakes" mistakes like that shouldnt be showing up in mulitple homes across AZ. We the people will sue you for false advertisement and failure to construct a livable home
I wouldn’t buy from them. The houses are known to have major issues, and their unwillingness to fix issues. Avoid
Lookup cyfi home inspections on tik tok and YouTube. They threatened legal action on him that he wasn’t allowed to film or be on site otherwise he would’ve been trespassed. They’ve prevented him from doing his inspections until after the buyer already closed. Sounds shady to me. Definitely suggest thinking twice before buying a home here because I know I won’t.
