I visited today because my son wanted a chicle ice cream. As soon as he received it, he realized it wasn’t the flavor he meant to order. He hadn’t tasted it yet, so I politely asked if it could be exchanged for the flavor he actually wanted. Unfortunately, the employee immediately said no and did so with an unfriendly attitude. I understand businesses have policies, but a little kindness and better customer service would have made a big difference. The interaction left us disappointed.
Came in ready to order and no one came up to help me. Left after a couple of minutes
