This place is really good, I went there to pull out a tooth and everyone helped me in the office, since the front desk people, to the doctor. The front desk fill the registration forms for me, they introduced themselves, the assistants took the xrays and brought me some snacks. The doctor explained the reasons why I got my tooth pulled and what causes tooth pain, he was awesome, I received a discount card for prescriptions and I saved a lot! Horrible place they have a pattern of making people wait it doesnt matter if you have an appointment i waited 1.5 hours b4 walking out. would never return or reccomend this place at all.
If you wanna waist your time this is the place!!! They are so unprofessional they had me waiting 3 hours even though I arrived on time for my APPOINTMENT and their was still someone in front of me waiting. They said they will move me in already. So I can wait some more inside? No thanks, they are really unprofessional and I've received bad service for about 8 months. I hadn't switched dentist bc it takes so long with a ppo plan. This place sucks!!! I need it to pull out a tooth, and the dentists couldn't, she had to see me three times!!! I mean 3 times that she mess with my tooth, and she couldn't pull it out!!! She left me a piece of root, this place is horrible, I was so close to take this lady called herself a "dentist" to court because she sucks!!! They even reinburse my money back because of the awful job the dentist performed. I TOTALLY NOT, NOT!!!,,,RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
