This place isn’t what it used to be. Before all the changes, the service was alright and the food and drinks were fairly good considering the price. I get that the current state of our economy drives all prices up, but considering the rude staff and absurd wait time, it’s just not worth it anymore. Plus, everytime I go with a group they make everyone pay together rather than just giving us our stuff and letting us pay right away. The language barrier doesn’t allow for much complaint and our ice cream ends up melting.
I think this is the only location of this franchise that’s open late in the Chicagoland area, which makes it perfect for those late-night cravings. The place was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food definitely hit the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here with my dad and we both ordered yogurts with fruit, but the fruits had mold on it and it was spoiled. We could’ve got food poisoning from this. I recommend not coming into this store.
This location is great, but the only problem with this location is that there are 3 or 4 employee working. And this location is busy all the time, every time I have to wait for like 30 min just for one thing. I hope they improve this thing in future, as it’s been same since 3 years though.
