We are so happy with the service and care. Our truck had been giving us issues for quite some time. Not only was Nathan able to resolve the issue, but he was quick and affordable. Highly recommend!
I took my 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for an Oil Change and tire rotation; they told me how long it would take, and my truck was ready before the promised time. They performed a courtesy inspection and informed me that there were no real repairs needed. They also checked the scheduled maintenance like coolant flush and all, and again told me there was no recommendations for maintenance service. I was very disappointed with these guys from Tire Pros, they make you waste your time for 3 or 4 hours and then they don't give you a solution and they even charge you for an inspection for something they couldn't fix. I will honestly never go back to this place, be careful when taking your car to them, it's under your responsibility.
