Definitely, DON"T CONSIDER THEIR WARANTEES"
This is the worst place to take your RV. Nothing is done correctly or in a timely manner. When we went to pick up our RV and we had extra charges on our bill and still certain items were not fixed. We even found two electrical wires that were cut. My husband realized they went to the Sirius system. Our friend had a similar experience. Please do not go there they will rip you off and do make things worse. We are now looking for a new place to go. Highly DISAPOINTED with La Mesa RV 7525 W. McDowell Rd. I do not even know where to start. After paying $64,546.00 in cash + another $3,990.00 for extra insurance, we never been treated so poorly!!!!!!!!!!! 1. After 3 days in the 2021 Crossroads Cruiser, we woke up to 2 inches of water from broken water line behind refrigerator to the icemaker. 2. How do we know it was the line to icemaker? Waiting 3 days for a return phone call!
Disrespectful and dishonest. Wouldn't wear masks. After a month of Delivery Manager James assuring me that they will take care of all the issues that existed when we picked up the RV. Today he told me he gives up and that obviously he cannot get the service team to do their job properly. So now I have to pay a mobile service company to fix water heater.
I would love to write a good review for La Mesa RV in Port Saint Lucie, FL, but I’m sad to report that they really missed the mark for me. Every business school agrees that service organizations should make a practice of under promising and over delivering, La Mesa RV seems to have missed that class. La Mesa in Port Saint Lucie Florida. Visited their dealership and found a RV that I was interest in and asked them about all the details. They tried to pressure sell me RV that was involved in an accident and had three recalls without informing me. I went home to look up the car fax and found the RV had major and severe damage, had mechanic work done, was repainted, and had three safety recalls that were not completed. Written agreements mean Nothing to La Mesa Port St. Lucie. We had a signed agreement to order a new fifth wheel that included an out the door price with trade value assigned. I provided more than 30 pictures and disclosed information on my trade that they didn’t even ask for. After 4 months our new fifth wheel arrived and we traveled more than 500 miles for delivery.
