Would like to thank the LA Mesa Port St Lucie RV service department. Scott Kidman was very professional in handling my refrigerator replacement. I contacted the service department as soon as the issues arose. Scott walked me through the whole process (manufactures warranty and what to expect). La Mesa RV in Albuquerque has the worst customer service! They happily take your money when you’re buying a new RV but dont’t fix issues under warranty and treat you like crap when you ask them to do so. Their service desk receptionist, Mauri/Mari/Marie is rude and un-accommodating. She should be cleaning their toilets instead of interacting with their customers. Definitely, DON"T CONSIDER THEIR WARANTEES"
This is the worst place to take your RV. Nothing is done correctly or in a timely manner. When we went to pick up our RV and we had extra charges on our bill and still certain items were not fixed. We even found two electrical wires that were cut. My husband realized they went to the Sirius system. Our friend had a similar experience. Please do not go there they will rip you off and do make things worse. We are now looking for a new place to go. Highly DISAPOINTED with La Mesa RV 7525 W. McDowell Rd. I do not even know where to start. After paying $64,546.00 in cash + another $3,990.00 for extra insurance, we never been treated so poorly!!!!!!!!!!! 1. After 3 days in the 2021 Crossroads Cruiser, we woke up to 2 inches of water from broken water line behind refrigerator to the icemaker. 2. How do we know it was the line to icemaker? Waiting 3 days for a return phone call!
Disrespectful and dishonest. Wouldn't wear masks. After a month of Delivery Manager James assuring me that they will take care of all the issues that existed when we picked up the RV. Today he told me he gives up and that obviously he cannot get the service team to do their job properly. So now I have to pay a mobile service company to fix water heater.
I would love to write a good review for La Mesa RV in Port Saint Lucie, FL, but I’m sad to report that they really missed the mark for me. Every business school agrees that service organizations should make a practice of under promising and over delivering, La Mesa RV seems to have missed that class.
