We purchased an RV from La Masa in Tucson and explained that we are a title state and will require a paper title to register our RV in our state. At the time, the response was that we sell lots of RVs in your state and know how to handle it. They sent the title to the Florida Bank of America in digital form. I purchase a 2024 RV from La mesa RV on 12-5-25. They took payment in full, and I asked for my title and was told if would be bailed to me in 2 weeks. Ok, I get it, well it has been 5 weeks and still no Title. And now I am getting the run around. Can anyone recommend to me a good Lawyer in the Phoenix area? I am not going to play this game at all.
We bought a 2020 Winnebago View from La Mesa RV in Mesa in March 2025. We had a really positive experience from our sales person, Cameron Snyder, to our pre-delivery person, Malisha Stewart. They both responded quickly to our questions and concerns and everything was looked after in time for us to take possession of the motorhome. Horrible experience. Purchased an expensive class C RV. Customer service is terrible from start to finish. Flew in from out of town for orientation and financing. No one was there to meet me. They were in a staff meeting. Wandered around by myself until someone came out. Jaxon Klitzka, the finance manager, is very unprofessional and a liar. After I declined to purchase a ridiculous extended warranty for almost $20,000 he was finished with me. Purchasing the 2024 Renegade Verona Super C RV from La Mesa RV was a big deal. I am most happy with the sales and service I received from the team there. I initially reached out to John McCain to see what was available and discuss a trade-in. John was most helpful with explaining models and sending information. He was available most all the time, even on his days off. I was happy with the trade-in offer on my Winnebago and we made the deal. Just stay away; that's all I can tell you; typical car dealerships. Forget you right after you step out. I bought a brand new RV, and everything broke into pieces in a week. Now calling for three months, and they don't give a f***.
I cannot begin to tell you my disgust with La Mesa Rv service department. I bought a brand new Fleetwood 2015 seven years ago. Had I known the complete lack of service that they provide I never would've bought from them. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I put it in for service And had no response and was lied to outright. Namely Vinny my service coordinator had my RV for almost 2 months and lied to me and said the front end was looked at. Until I found out from the technician that it was never looked at.
