If I could give no stars I would. When we bought our brand new motor home, we explained that is was for a drive to Vegas for our daughter's wedding. We purchased in OCTOBER. We immediately had issues with the motor home, drawers won't close, blinds won't stay down, walls panels are.coming off. We call, we take it in and they order parts. We call continuously until April. Jessica (Ft Meyers Van Rec) should not be working with your service clients, what an awful experience we've had. Please don't interrupt Her lunch schedule (1-2) daily. We will never use them again. We Do Not recommend this place.
We purchased a pre-owned 2022 Entegra Ethos Li late last February. Each of the employees we met in the demo and purchase process were helpful and courteous. Because this unit has been sent back to the manufacturer due to issues experienced by the original owner, we were told at closing there was a one-year warranty and that the PDI was performed, so we drove the unit home but noticed that the solar panels were not re-charging the lithium battery. Taking delivery of my 2022 Entegra Odyssey 26M at La Mesa RV was an all around fantastic experience for me. Christie Grahm and Gregg Grahm were completely non pressure sales people and made me want to do business with La Mesa. On the day of delivery my orienter, Lewis, was beyond patient and very knowledgeable about my RV. He spent nearly 4 hours with me and my girlfriend going over every inch of the coach and he made sure I understood how to operate everything. I was extremely disappointed from the first to the last contact with Eric at Fort Myer's, after giving him all the details about my vehicle, he said he'd get back to me to schedule an appointment, but then I never heard back. There was no follow-up. After several phone calls and emails, I finally got through to him after three days, only to be told he doesn't repair my make of vehicle.
