God Awful Customer Service and F&I. I bought a Superr C, It was great, but the dealer is far from that. I'll let you know what you're getting into, You're never going to see refunds owed from the cancelation of the crap warranties they sell. They are playing a Slimey game of avoiding processing our pro-rated refund. We've left 7 messages, without response. Its just worthless paper, we paid out of pocket for repairs. Purchased my first RV from Greg Picket. Great experience! It took me over a year to finally make a purchase, yet Greg never pressured me. He was super knowledgeable, always pleasant, and always answers when i call with a question.
Taking delivery of my 2022 Entegra Odyssey 26M at La Mesa RV was an all around fantastic experience for me. Christie Grahm and Gregg Grahm were completely non pressure sales people and made me want to do business with La Mesa. On the day of delivery my orienter, Lewis, was beyond patient and very knowledgeable about my RV. He spent nearly 4 hours with me and my girlfriend going over every inch of the coach and he made sure I understood how to operate everything. We are really upset with this place services. We bought an RV on November 2022. First trip, our air conditioner did not worked. We took the rv (brand new) back to la mesa and they supposedly repaired it. Second trip water came out from the shower, we took it to la mesa and they repaired the water leak and they changed the air conditioning thermostat that per they needs to be changed.
