If you think about buying an RV, this is the place you shouldn’t buy from. You feel like you were scamed. It is offending how they treat you during the warranty, The appointments and the wasted time, keeping the RV in the shop for weeks, are intended to make you go somewhere else. Bought a slightly used 3k miles 23 Jayce grey eagle. Catalytic converter went bad and they offered no help! Would not even talk to me! These people are rude crooked and disrespectful to their clients once they get your money! Would not recommend them to the devil. They are terrible

They are great when you are buying the unit, its the aftercare and service they are terrible with. My son purchased a 2020 Grey Hawk and it had many issues, the two worst were the lighting in the bedroom and the bolts that hold the unit to the frame were coming out and tearing through the floor. La Mesa repair facility try's to micky mouse things together, they had our unit for more than 6 months to complete repairs they didn't do or did incorrectly, the lights are still not working and the glue they used for the new floor i... read more
