Picked up our RV today after 7 months. It was in for repair due to factory defective wallpaper. Too long to fix it.
This review is for the All-STAR at La Mesa Service Center who goes by the name of ERNESTO. We have had so MANY problems with our brand new 2026 Mercedes Entegra Condor since we bought it last month and drove it home to Reno, Nevada. From missing equipment [table arm, speaker bracket, telescoping ladder, etc.] to stuff just not working. Ernesto took the time on the phone to walk me through some things and fix our generator and Starlink, and also took it on himself to order the missing items.
