First time RV van owner this year 2025 bought my first RV from La Mesa, took my van in for warranty here at the Davis location. I had to drive 1 hour away from my home to leave the van there for 2 weeks. They offered no shuttle service. As a first time owner I forgot to remove everything from my vans fridge and they turned off the power to the house. They could have checked the fridge and removed it instead of letting the food rot, or contacted me to let me know about the food. Then they left the floors dirty, left the windo... read more

If you think about buying an RV, this is the place you shouldn’t buy from. You feel like you were scamed. It is offending how they treat you during the warranty, The appointments and the wasted time, keeping the RV in the shop for weeks, are intended to make you go somewhere else. You feel like they simply laugh at you, and probably they also do. Bought a slightly used 3k miles 23 Jayce grey eagle. Catalytic converter went bad and they offered no help! Would not even talk to me! These people are rude crooked and disrespectful to their clients once they get your money! Would not recommend them to the devil. They are terrible
