This used to be a very nice and well maintained park, place to live, its gone down hill to say the least. The rent has gone up a lot, now the water and sewage are now billed, plus meter fees and fees to pay your rent thru an app.. management is only available when convenient they never answer or return calls or emails, and rules don't apply equally to all residents. I could go on about this place. Glad I moved, to say the least.
