I have own a unit in the La Mer condominium for over forty two years. I like the building and my unit more today then when I made the initial purchase. The building is only seven stories and has a large foot print. The parking garage is not part of the building, it’s connected to the building. The building is in a great location.
Right on the beach and an amazing building , 100lb storm door, lots of concrete great structures
