La Mer counter at David Jones. customer service not so professional I can’t take up product as much as I want into the cushion to tired on my skin … she stay there and watching me tell me not test too much lol who does that lol. Lack of product to tried . All product have to ask the services to pull out from the cabinet it a bit weird services.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years. This time I was requesting for a missing applicator from an order last year and Customer Service people were not helpful nor considerate. If those people we’re not helpful then might as well have them replaced by bots. They cannot do adjustments anyway so they’re good as bots!!!
Thank you to the ladies at the La Mer counter at David Jones. Lovely customer service. Will be back again soon.
Lady at La Mer was very helpful and kind. She spent a lot of time explaining products and didn’t give any bad vibes.
