Absolutely the worst clinic and worst experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with disdain and disrespect, I should have walked out. The NP, Lusine, has the worst bedside manners (actually no manners). She has weak communication skills, and shows no compassion whatsoever for patients. Based on the incomplete lab and imaging orders, I sincerely doubt her expertise as well. The office staff are even less competent, if that is even possible. Stay away - like the plague.
