The people on the Okeechobee office are the best. Ana the assistant and Alexis the front desk personnel helped me out with my mother for a document that I needed. I highly recommend them to anybody. Not just them, everyone here bent over backwards to h Help out. Thank you, Elda Pradines
Dr. Aylen Morales is a great doctor! Exceptional service, and she took the time to listen to our needs.
I was a patient of Anna Dr Abel and I had Zero complaints. But with the new management team there now it’s a living zoo! The receptionist has NO people skills period! I will not be staying with them, I’m in the process of looking for another Dr office!!! The young lady there is rude and have no skills in multi tasking what so ever. That is a shame that whoever hired her did not look into her previous history with her former employer!
Had my new patient visit yesterday, received a wonderful call the day before,welcoming me, I spoke to Polen Taban, she was so nice and professional. When I checked in out my appointment, I realized it was her, a happy and helpful girl!!!! I was so pleased at the extra steps she took to help!!! The wait to see doctor was not long at all. I had surgery With Dr Chippa and I was escéptica because I heard it will be a painful and not easy to handle but Dr Chippa treated me so kind and careful always smiling and confident making me feel so comfortable even calling me after the procedure to see how I feel and always Willing to see me whenever I needed it and taking care of my concerns .
