Dr Forray is very nice. She takes her time. She goes over your lap results. She listen to you. The only problem that I have encounter with this facility is whoever is in charge of billing department taken in payments. They need to figure out who’s not putting in the patient’s co-pays and then sending them a bill later that you’ve paid five dollars towards your co-pay. I was referred to LA Medical Associates and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I had blood work performed on June 26. My results were available in the patient portal the very next day, and some of my lab results were abnormal. I called the office on July 6 and again on July 7 because I had not heard from the doctor. Despite my repeated calls, I still have not received a call back to review my results. I came in the other day for follow up blood work and went back again today to review my results with Dr. Andrea Forray. Every experience I’ve had here has been great, and this office actually makes going to the doctor enjoyable. The front desk staff is always friendly, I never had a long wait for any of my appointments, and getting my blood drawn didn’t hurt at all. Dante, the medical assistant, was a breath of fresh air.
