Dr. Alison Welch a true professional, cant say enough good about her! But het supporting staff that answers the phone is clueless, disrespectful and careless. I am so angry with them, I decided to Cancel all appointments until I'm ready to move forward or not! Very Sad and unfortunate.

I went to LA Medical for a simple primary care check-up with Alison Welch, APRN. Instead of a covered $0 copay visit, I was billed $755 for services I never asked for and did not receive — including "alcohol misuse screening," "advanced care planning," and "depression screening." Humana denied the claims, but the practice is still trying to bill me. This feels like upcoding and inflating charges. Patients should be very cautious and review every bill from this provider.

I was looking for a better primary care physician and saw the good reviews for this office and decided to give it a try. I saw Dr. Pandey who was nice, professional and caring. The office staff on the other hand was different: they were loud, I heard the “F” word twice while waiting to see the doctor. Today I have appointment 9 am. I arrive 9.15 thay refuse to see me and they told me. I have to reschedule very disappointed for the treatment from the staff and the Doctor I had problems in the past with Refill and call on time. And I thought I have to give them another change but today I don't want no. Nobody to go through what I went through with the pain I heven. One star. It's a lstay away from this practice.

The Absolute Best Medical Team – Unmatched Care & Dedication! I cannot say enough about LA Medical Associates in Palm Beach Gardens! This office is hands down the most professional, compassionate, and reliable medical practice I have ever been to.
