First place I came when I moved to Michigan and turns into my comfort food place. Have the hot bread and garlic when you get the table is enough already, everything you order later is a plus. I love their shawarma!!! Staff are good, parking is easy any day and anytime you go. Not usually needs reservation. This is a must go in Michigan!!!
I’ve been coming here for years. We always order a fattoush salad, kibbee nayeh, and the lamb kebabs. Both the Fattoush and lamb kebabs are always amazing! The kibbee nayeh has gotten worse each time we go. The amount of meat they use seems to be getting less and less each time we go. This time there was so much bulgur the kibbee was falling off the fork. It was very crumbly. Got a carry out for the family. It was honestly just disappointing. Chicken and "meat?" Shawarma was overcooked and dry. Being carry out I expect it to be worse but meat lacked flavor, the sides were meh. If I was on the fence for Mediterranean food and ate here I would not try it again. For almost 30$ a person just buy the cheap version at the store it's better.
We loved our visit here. From the warm bread on each table to the great selection of entrees. I had the lamb chops with sides of salad and French fries. The chops were a nice size and cooked to perfection. The salad was fresh and crisp. The fries were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. My bride had the chicken shawarma and said it was excellent. A great experience overall. Highly recommend.
