Terrible experience today. They put the wrong name on my order and gave me someone else's food entirely. My wife had to drive back to fix their mistake, yet they charged us extra instead of making things right. Honestly, even McDonald's handles order mistakes better than this. Update: I received a call from management as well as a formal apology for the service. To make up for the issues regarding my service and order they offered me a free meal.
