We recently purchased a home in this community and so far we have been very pleased. The park is clean, seems well maintained, quiet, and although the surrounding neighborhood isn't great, that doesn't appear to spill over into the park. The park manager has been friendly and easy to work with while getting everything done prior to moving in. If you're considering purchasing a mobile home in this area, I'd definitely recommend considering this park.
