I came here a year ago and enjoyed it when the restaurant was mostly empty. The food is decent, a little pricey for small dishes. However, I went for Valentine's Day this year (sentimental because this was the first restaurant my girlfriend and I visited in the area when we decided to move here) and the place was understaffed and overbooked. Food was extremely overpriced. $25 for 3 scallops that were unsalted. Steak and potatoes were ok but was still $39 for not that much food. Service was great though, very friendly server.

My bf has never had Spanish food before so I took him to La Macha, a tapas bar in Williamsburg serving up authentic Spanish classics. It is indeed a cute date spot as the tables are spread out and the atmosphere is intimate. As a tapas bar, their food portion is generous and good for sharing.
