The experience was great and the owner is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. However, as far as treatments go, the nanoplastie does not hold or stay in the hair. After two shampoos, my roots were wavy and not straight. I naturally have wavy straight hair, so not super textured or curly hair. So, I was expecting the treatment to last at least 2 or 3 months. My sister and I both did nanoplastie at La Maison Pastel and we were very happy with the results — our hair felt smooth, healthy, and shiny. However, the blow-dry done for my mother didn’t hold up at all, even on the same day, which was disappointing considering how expensive it was for her hair type. Overall, the nanoplastie itself worked well, but we expected a better finish for the price paid.
