I originally came in to help my soon to be sister in law to find a wedding dress. All of the dresses shown to us were so beautiful and the worker did an amazing job with the selection. I then went to try on some formal gowns and Shayna was such a pleasure to be around. She suggested some dresses for me that looked phenomenal. She’s truly such a light and it made my day to laugh with her!
I had a great experience selecting my wedding dress with Victoria. However, when my dress arrived, it was way too tight on the hips, and I could not even sit. My measurements had not changed and both the stylist and store manager told me it was fine, in fact “some women tailor it to like this”. Thankfully I took my dress to an amazing seamstress in Merrickville who was able to let out an inch and a half of fabric so it could fit properly. Would not recommend buying your dress here.

J’ai eu une très belle expérience lors de mes essayages de robes de mariée. La dame qui m’a accompagnée a été exceptionnelle : gentille, patiente, professionnelle et très à l’écoute de mes besoins. Elle a su me mettre à l’aise dès le début et m’aider à trouver des robes qui correspondaient parfaitement à mes goûts. Son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils ont rendu ce moment encore plus spécial. Merci pour votre excellent service, je recommande cette boutique à toutes les futures mariées ! 🫶🥰
