Had the best experience at Maison Bridal with my girls. I purchased a $2500 dress that the lady told me had two small holes that would be no problem to fix. Got home with the dress to realize they weren’t two small holes. They were huge holes that I ended up needing to replace the whole back of the dress. The zipper was broken that she also said “oh, you just need to pull it up a bit harder than the other dresses”. I should have checked the holes my self. Best experience ever, these women are so lovely and knowledgeable. Eyssa A made the experience so fun and she really helped me narrow down my choices. They were so accommodating to me having to change appointment times, and when I came in with a list of dresses, Eyssa was happy to help. Brides, you must go!!!!!!
I have nothing but good things to say. All the staff were super friendly and made you feel very comfortable and confident. I bought my dress and did the alterations here!
