I had the absolute BEST experience at this bridal salon! The selection is incredible. so many gorgeous styles and price ranges to choose from. But what really sets this place apart is the women who work there. They are true experts who genuinely care. They took the time to get to know me, understand my vision, and guided me to the perfect dress (that was IN my price range). I felt so supported and celebrated every step of the way. The service gets 5 stars. Not pushy, very good at understanding the style I want. I had a lovely girl who wears hijab and whos name starts with A, I can't remember how to spell her name however. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the selection of dresses is quite limited. That being said, there is a zero cost to trying on dresses, and also they have reasonable sample sizes (not for teeny weeny people, rather for average bodies). Had a great experience and there is a veil I may come back for!
Went wedding dress shopping for the first time and I had the pleasure of having Hailey as my wedding dress consultant. She was so patient, fun, and super knowledgeable of the wedding dress styles I was looking for. She made the experience 1000% better than expected. Would definitely recommend her to my friends.
The dresses that my daughter tried on were beautiful but it was a bit of a shock to discover that our attendant removed the price tags from our favourite dresses, then quoted us a price a few hundred dollars higher at the end of our appointment. This is called price swapping and it is illegal. I left 2 messages for the manager but she did not call me back. We bought our dress elsewhere.
