I moved in over a month ago. While I really like the building and location, I have yet to receive a parking spot. I've paid $100 for two months of parking and am about to be charged another $50 for a spot I do not have. I have made multiple attempts to get an update and have either had the conversation redirected to my other issue where I have never received key fobs for the back door or have simply been ignored. I absolutely love living here. It’s a quiet and peaceful building, neighbors keep to themselves, Dre, the manager is very responsive and attentive when it comes to any concerns or maintenance requests, I have no complaints about living here whatsoever! Of everywhere I’ve lived, this is my favorite place I’ve ever called home! :) truly the best place to live as a vegan with several vegan spots within walking distance!
I've enjoyed the location of this apartment and the quality of my apartment here. The only downside would be sometimes the noise from the street echos into my apartment but most of the time it is peaceful and quiet :)
