Dr. Gabro deserves 5 stars because he's kind and works efficiently. Alejandro is also a great assistant; he managed to distract me while I waited and also made me laugh. My only complaint is the wait time: each visit lasts at least an hour; the first 30 minutes are spent waiting for the doctor to see you. Of course, it's not his fault; he does his best to accommodate everyone.
The staff are very rude and unprofessional. My wife had an appointment at 02:30pm and we arrived at 02:20pm, the receptionist rudely said that we're late and that they won't treat her if this happens again, I said we're 10 mins early, to which she said on my system your appointment was at 02:00pm. They changed the appointment time without notifying us and blamed us for their mistake. They also did not allow me to be with my wife while she was receiving the treatment.
