The doctor who was supposed to schedule the appointment took vacation before the due date. I did not have an appointment at the hospital for the procedure, and the waiting time to see the doctor exceeded one hour. The staff had no idea what had been done or what needed to be done. The office manager said they would call the next day to schedule the appointment with the hospital because the main doctors forgot to schedule it! I would like to thank Dr. Tracie Davis She is so nice, calm, and great listener. She was with me since my early days of my second pregnancy till my delivery. I highly recommend her to be with any woman in her pregnancy journey. I would also say thanks for Nagham the coordinator for always being kind and a supporter. Your roll was very beneficial.
If I could, I would give this 0/5. This is beyond the worst clinic Ive ever experienced. Very disrespectful and dishonest. They lie about everything. Especially the front dest ladies. (One of the employee is name Hanady). I have an appointment and cancel it on me once I check in. They make me wait for an hr and then they come out and say the “doctor is not here” while taking up Medicare insurance as if I attended my appointment and THE DOCTOR IS THERE IN THE CLINIC!
