I visited La Madeleine for the first time today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Upon entering, there was no greeting from the staff, and the cashier was dismissive and rude when I asked for assistance with the ordering process. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, I received a grilled ham and cheese sandwich instead of the caprese sandwich I ordered, and I had to prompt the staff to receive the drink I had already paid for. Hello my first time here...Ms. Victoria and the crew was very welcoming...the atmosphere n music (instrumental) was great n relaxing...people out there this is a MUST come visit place...I WILL be back..thanks for everything La Madeleine workers..
Just average fare. Friendly staff.
I wish they never changed the caesar salad... Its just not the same. I remember chicken was hot and they use to make the salad on the spot to go, not pre made. It doesnt taste the same
Zero Stars! I’ve visited this location many times, but yesterday was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The service was horrible, with a couple of the counter employees displaying a great deal of attitude and a level of laziness that made the entire visit feel like a waste of time. Management at this La Madeleine location needs to take a serious look at the customer experience being delivered here. It’s unfortunate, especially for the employees who are genuinely working hard and trying to provide good service.
