Pastries-to-go are okay, but dine-in service needs improvement. Cleanliness is lacking in glassware & dishes, and there was a dead fly by the window. The young staff seems more concerned about pleasing the manager than with focusing on customers. I can tell they’re trying to cut corners with quality in order to “save money,” but the number one rule of business is that more success comes when customer satisfaction is the main focus!
