Incredibly disappointing breakfast. I ordered the French Toast Breakfast and my wife ordered the bon bon sandwich. It was somewhat comedic as each bite we took or sip of coffee we took we found more and more wrong. The eggs the whites were still clear and runny. The French toast had little to no flavor. Absolute chaos picking up our order took. The employees were frantic and not accomplishing much of anything. There was so much wrong I can't write it all here. Just disappointed.
We eat at la Madeleine in other cities when we travel and love it. Decided to try our own here in Albuquerque. Food was good as always. However, the restaurant was not busy, yet it took 40+ minutes for our food to be served! We're hoping it was just a bad day for them and not the norm.
Stood in line 20 minutes while employees ignored us for 2 pieces of cake. Never got my order taken. Lazy employees with no customer service skills.
