I got my first massage today with Francesca. I was very nervous going into it as I didn’t know what to expect, but Francesca was so kind and explained the process thoroughly. I have been having severe foot pain, however after the massage, I immediately felt relief and could tell how much looser my muscles were. I will definitely be going back in the future! :)
Francesca is a truly gifted massage therapist. I went in very sore from lifting and lots of walking in poor footwear. 75 min of hot stone massage later, and I left feeling so much looser and SO relaxed! She found all the spots giving the most trouble and even gave me recommendations for areas to target for my next massage. I have easily had about a hundred massages in my life and hers was one of the best by far. Highly recommend!
Hands down the best massage therapist I have gone to in upstate NY. I have been to many places, but nothing has even scratched the surface or Frangelica. Highly highly recommend.
Fran is the best message therapist. She truly cares, goes out of her way, and you always feel great when you leave. I am blessed that my cousin introduced us. Thanks Fran for all your caring and being an awesome therapist on my team on my way to wellness. Jean D
