Highly recommend this hair salon, especially Kelly! It was my first time here, and I’m so glad I found this place(: Kelly really understood exactly what I wanted and carefully assessed the condition of my hair, so she explained everything professionally and recommended what would work best for me. I left the hair salon not loving my hair cut. I had shown Andy pictures of what I wanted and the end result was not as I expected. I thought maybe it’s the way my hair has been styled so I went home washed it and tried to style it myself and was unable to. I had asked for a bob with a bit of volume/movement but ended up layers that sit on top of the longer layers (a mushroom cut with longer hair pieces underneath). I’ve been pinning my hair back because that’s all I can do until it grows out. Very disappointing outcome.
