I have had multiple terrible experiences here - I gave the benefit of the doubt on my first few visits, but the care and service never improved. Dr. Colegrove was never prepared for scheduled visits and often got my health history mixed up with other patients due to "having to read too many patient notes in a day." Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when questions were asked regarding referrals or tests ordered by the doctor. Love the doctors and staff here. However it's extremely frustrating when I call the office 6+ times before someome actually picks up. Very unreliable. Other than that it's not terrible.
Great office staff, And Dr Colegrove is very easy to understand, takes his time to make sure you are well cared for.
All of the staff in this office are wonderful. Dr. Guardard is very thorough and caring.
