Dr. Katcher provided me with support and displayed self investment in improving my overall health through every action in our latest appointment. For the first time in years I am excited for a follow up visit so we can work together to find my best path forward to a happy and healthy life.
Dr Romeu and the whole office staff are absolutely amazing! They are very professional and helpful. They are quick to respond on Mychart or by responding to voicemail. A great team!
The people are so nice
Enjoy the ability to get through to the office rather than leaving a message. Great staff and great advice from the nursing staff when needed! Dr Katcher is always willing to give advice and care on all issues discussed and he makes a significant difference in our health habits.
I love Dr Katcher he is very caring and explains everything. I am so frustrated with the staff not answering the phone and you have to leave a message. Nothing worse then you can't count of them to answer and address your phone call. Also, frustrated that I can't get in to see Dr. Katcher until end of May for my back. I really hate to start all over looking for a new Dr. when you feel very comfortable with your Dr. But I just don't care how you can't talk to someone when you call.
