Dr Romeu and the whole office staff are absolutely amazing! They are very professional and helpful. They are quick to respond on Mychart or by responding to voicemail. A great team!
The people are so nice
Enjoy the ability to get through to the office rather than leaving a message. Great staff and great advice from the nursing staff when needed! Dr Katcher is always willing to give advice and care on all issues discussed and he makes a significant difference in our health habits.
I love Dr Katcher he is very caring and explains everything. I am so frustrated with the staff not answering the phone and you have to leave a message. Nothing worse then you can't count of them to answer and address your phone call. Also, frustrated that I can't get in to see Dr. Katcher until end of May for my back. I really hate to start all over looking for a new Dr. when you feel very comfortable with your Dr. But I just don't care how you can't talk to someone when you call. I see Dr. Jennifer Romeu at the CMU Health on Colony Drive in Saginaw, Michigan. I am a complicated case with chronic illnesses and chronic pain. Dr. Romeu is my Primary Care Doctor. I appreciate her because she is thorough and supportive. She believes me! She is a doctor you can build trust with which is great. We get along well because we review options and pick the best protocol to follow. Highly recommend.
