I would love to tell you about the quality & craftsmanship of the windows, but I never got that far. The customer service by the product rep was so bad I had to order my windows elsewhere. Went to a showroom here in LA that reps many companies, loved the La Loma windows, but decided to speak to the company for more info. On Tues I called Dan O'Rourke, the So Cal Rep for the company.
