Unbelievably incredible experience
My wife made reservations here for my birthday, just too many good things to say about it. We were greeted in the parking lot, and ended up being the only couple in the place. It's a multi course meal over several hours so you're not stuffed. The chef makes his own takes on several meals so it's never the same thing but we had a crazy good beef stew, lobster, homemade ravioli, and all sorts of amazing dishes. A wonderful and unique dining experience The building itself is an amalgamation of history, love, and collecting that somehow combine into something cohesive. In a world of gray minimalism, Cavallo's is a beacon of prismatic maximalism. The food was 5 excellent courses served by our attendant host.
