Solid gym for a great price. Rarely super busy, especially in the mornings. Parking can be tough in afternoon with team sports and YMCA events.
From the people at the Front Desk to the personal trainers & floor assistants this is the best gym to go to especially if you’re just beginning your weight loss journey. They don’t make you feel different; they just help you. These kind people have made it possible for this shy girl, who wouldn’t have walked into a gym at 198 lbs to lose 60 lbs and gain her confidence back!!
