Our first time and I honestly don’t think we will be back until little one is at least 5. This place is madness. And the smell from perfume and cologne lingered. Kids were unattended. And no employees were in the little kids area leaving it insane with older kids. Plus the ‘gate’ to keep the little ones in one area doesn’t lock or stay closed so kids were loose.
Understaffed. No one actually watching the areas. Big kids going up the slides the opposite direction . Floors are filthy. Waited in line to order food for so long because the same people were running the line for guest walking in and it was too much for them. I didn’t even bother, I left the line, took my kid and left this place.
