The best way to describe this bakery is that every choice made was intentional. Had a banh mi here a couple of weeks ago and as a bread snob that just spent a month in Paris, I loved the bread they used. The flavour was so balanced and the portion size was super filling (I had it and it kept me full for around 6 hours, also there was a LOT of filling and a lot more meat than I was expecting for the cost). The mini cakes were great, will come back again for them. However the chairs were super dirty, they need to either get new chairs or clean them.
I tried the iced Matcha, it had too much ice and did not taste really good. The prices were pretty high too
Haven't been here since opening but I just know this spot is overrun with students vibe coding side projects now. Very cute space!!
