Front office staff is terrible nurses and doctors great.
By far the worst clinic ever, Dr let me run out of insulin, then was gone when I needed refill, now my high blood pressure meds are out and gone again
If I could give Valley Wide no stars, I would! The front desk staff is insulting. I will not be calling them to set up my yearly October appointment. I have a history of Breast Cancer in my family. I will be turning 52 in October 2025. Because of my history of breast cancer, I have been getting mammograms since I was 35 years old (American Cancer Society) recommends yearly mammograms. The urgent care walk in is absolutely horrid. The blonde doctor does as little as possible and sends u right out the door. Co-pays for just Tylenol
The desk staff are rude. I have history of breast cancer. My mom not me at a young age had breast cancer. Every year getting my mammogram referral is difficult because of the check in staff at Valley Wide. If this occurs again during my yearly October appointment I will be contacting my attorney.
