Definitely a horrendous experience for my family. Needn't say more. But I will. They lied. PA Troy Zupancic lied to us. They need money. That's all that matters. A visit and lab work generates far more income to Valley Wide. We were told by letter that a internet or phone interview would be necessary to fill a prescription. One of us had the internet/video appointment and it was fine. Troy told me my son would not have to come in for his prescription. He lied and demanded lab work be done for my son. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Went for a simple ear infection at 4 pm (they close at 5 pm) and was turned away because they “had a hard day and didn’t want any more patients today” and was asked to come back the next day. Ended up going to the emergency room because they refused to even look in my ear. Shouldn’t be a walk in clinic if you don’t want to take walk in patients. Very very annoyed
Genuinely would ONLY recommend if this is your last resort or option for care - Sadly it is for LaJunta. The receptionists are rude and have no sense of urgency, they will tell you to go to the ER because nobody is there to see you or “all their spots are filled for walk ins for the day” which defeats the purpose of a walk in clinic & of them continuing to stay open if their is no provider in the office.
