Matt rented my daughter house and nothing was cleaned, prepped for her to move in. Bug and rat droppings everywhere in drawers and kitchen cabinets, stove was a greasy mess, dishwasher, sink drain and refrig were inoperable.....clogged drains in toilets and bathroom. One b athroom isn't up.to code. The place was in a shambles. If Matt doesn't get it fixed real quick the housing authority,health dept, bldg and safety,section 8, and tv stations are all.gonna be involved as well as social media.
