The booking process with Hala is a nightmare. I waited six days just to get an appointment, and still ended up with nothing. This salon has no system for appointments through phone, online booking etc. you’re forced to message the owner and then play an endless waiting game. Replies, if you get any, are just excuses. My visit today for a head spa massage was truly wonderful. The therapist Hadeel was very kind professional and caring she used rich, nourishing oils that left my hair silky and my scalp refreshed. The massage itself was deeply relaxing, melting away stress and tension while creating a calming, soothing atmosphere. I walked out feeling revitalized, with healthier-looking hair and a clear mind. This spa is a hidden gem—I’ll definitely be returning!
