Just got hung up on by a gal with an attitude in the pharmacy when I asked why I hadn’t been notified about a prescription not being renewed 2 weeks ago after sending in the request using their automated system. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am going to refer everyone I know here.
