Currently enrolled in Cosmetology at La' James in Cedar Rapids, and yesterday 1.31.25 I was able to experience the amazing skills of two of our massage students, Sara & Raven who provided me with a 90-minute massage that made me feel reborn! They are horrible people. I got my hair done there and through the process I told them I didn't like it and all they did is made excuses. Next day I went back in and ask for a refund and told them again and the told me how I like it. How can someone tell you that when they are not you. They call me a lier but it's is them that lie. I cry day and night and have to wear a hat because it horrible. I have been going to Beauty school half my life have I never had this problem.

The young woman cutting my hair was not at ease at all. I had quite long hair and wanted a shorter bob cut. Due to her questioning that choice I ultimately decided to go with a longer bob. She also appeared to be uncomfortable with me being in a wheelchair. She made little to no small talk with me. I attempted to start a conversation with her but I received nothing in return. After getting home and combing it out I noticed the cut was off in length. I am not pleased with my experience.
