I love getting their facials, massages, and waxing done here. But, I would not recommend getting your nails or feet done here. I got my nails done on Wednesday, and the guy I got complained about how he hated doing nails and didn’t want to be there. He did a decent job, but two days after I got my nails done, the polish popped off my nails and my toe nails. Which is pretty disappointing when I spent 75 dollars, and wasn’t told I was going to charged extra for the mani pedi pack. I just wish I could get my money back or a cer... read more

Absolutely butchered my bangs, I asked for them to be cut below my eyebrows, and the guy cutting my hair pulled my wet hair as taut as possible then cut, leaving them an inch above my brows. Him and the teacher refused to admit any mistakes were made and kept turning me away from the mirror. Left with short thin uneven bangs that stick straight out.

I've had a good experience each time! No matter your hair type. I have had all different types of students help me and have had positive experiences each time! LA James is my new favorite place and the prices are so affordable!

Got my hair cut and they did an amazing job definitely coming back
