My stay at La Isla Hotel was excellent from the price to the pools very clean the room with clean sheets and towels and the staff very polite the Security Guard Mr Cantu made myself and my family feel safe you could see him walking making his rounds. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very satisfied 100%

Had the most horrible experience staying here! Don't stay here! We checked in 8/23/24. Place smelled like sewer right when you entered, remotes didn't have batteries, ceiling fan in the living room didn't work, bed had a hole in the mattress, fans were full of dirt, bedsheets were ripped and dirty, floor was not even clean and no cleaning supplies!!! Complete scam! These thieves told my family they didn’t have their rental booking in their system despite showing proof they did and then refused to give a refund! Save your money and go rent somewhere else! The manager, Andrew Valntin, was completely unprofessional and hung up when we were trying to resolve the issue.
The price goes up with fees and taxes it's rediculus what they charge extra !!!!
