Authentic, delicious Puerto Rican food cooked with love! I can’t get enough. ❤️
The lovely chef did these great demos at the Champlain Valley fair and made these incredible beans and rice! I hate beans and I ate all the beans. Not to spicy. Great flavor and texture. I would definitely try the restaurant.
My whole family loves Encanto Kitchen. We ordered a full meal with Pollo Guisada, tostones, flan and guava juice. The pollo Guisada was very flavorful and not spicy. I thought we would have leftovers but it was too delicious. We also ordered a few dozen empanadillas. We had to try each kind! Our favorite empanadillas are the chicken and the pork.
