I had scheduled my appointment for today arrived a little early, arrived at 11:40 am went to knock on the door no one was there. Wait at 12pm which was my appointment time and no one was there. Waiting till 12:49 and still nobody. I understand there are emergency, something always comes up. But a Courtesy call. This was my first curly cut appointment, was very disappointed.
This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I’ve had. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and clearly stated my appointment time upon arrival. At that moment, there was only one stylist working and two clients already in progress. One client had color processing and still required a wash and blow-dry. Fatal! No tienen profesionalismo en el servicio ni respetan las citas 😡. Tenía diferentes expectativas. Me cancelaron dos veces, una de ellas me dejaron plantada y fui notificada que simplemente no iba a ser atendida, estando ahí! Sin ninguna consideración ni respeto por mi tiempo y preferencia
