This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I’ve had. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and clearly stated my appointment time upon arrival. At that moment, there was only one stylist working and two clients already in progress. One client had color processing and still required a wash and blow-dry. Melissa is amazing!
Fatal! No tienen profesionalismo en el servicio ni respetan las citas 😡. Tenía diferentes expectativas. Me cancelaron dos veces, una de ellas me dejaron plantada y fui notificada que simplemente no iba a ser atendida, estando ahí! Sin ninguna consideración ni respeto por mi tiempo y preferencia
After driving an hour to get to the salon, I was told upon arrival that Melissa was on her way. Forty minutes later, I was informed she wasn't coming in at all, despite receiving a confirmation email the day before. While I understand that emergencies happen, clients should be notified of cancellations in advance. I used to love the haircuts Melissa gave me, but I can no longer recommend this salon. It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with them via phone or email.
