Today I came in to renew my policy. Ernesto found a much better policy, and I switched. I'm saving 40% now and I had a good policy already. Crazy. He helped this old man with his paperwork. He found an old scan of my Medicare card. Wildly helpful and above and beyond. They need to clone this guy. I've been going here for 5 years, always good, but with Ernesto expect excellence.
