If it was possible to leave a negative star rating I would. I called L.A. Insurance today to discuss my renewal. I have been a customer of L.A. Insurance for my auto and home owners insurance for over 20 years. A representative by the name of Sophie, answered. I had a few questions about my renewal however, Sophie continually spoke over me.
