The 24/7 availability is Heaven sent! The office lady was pleasant and provided perfect information and care for our situation. The information given of who the technician is and when they were headed this way was awesome!!! The technician himself was polite and informative. A solution was found and fixed very quickly with a very good explanation of everything. I know more about my furnace now! Asked for a business card because we will definitely call them if we need help! Thank y’all very much!
I can’t praise this company high enough. They are amazing. Emily took my call after hours and I was desperate. Heat was broken and it was 39 degrees in my house. She worked her magic and got Dustin to my house first thing the next morning. He fixed it in no time and was incredibly kind. LA is our go to now for our entire street! Thank you Emily and Dustin!!
