My grandmother came here for physical therapy and had a terrible experience experience. The doctor gave my grandmother not even 2 minutes of a handheld massage gun up her back, to the side, and down her back, and said “we’re done”. He tried to also have her sit on a table with a dirty sheet on it from the LAST PATIENT. And when she wouldn’t sit on it, he asked why and she said because the sheet hasn’t been changed and the table hasn’t been cleaned. Mrs. Tracey the office Manager listed to me and she solve problems. Dr. Beatty is awesome as well he help me with all my physical therapy needs. Mr. Kevin MRI tech is very knowledgeable and helpful.
