My experience was not the best. It was a super rushed appointment, despite being midday during the week and empty. I had to walk from the back of the salon to the front with wet hair on my shirt, wasn’t asked if I wanted it shorter/different before the cape was taken off, and overall feel like customer service wasn’t great. I was excited to try this salon, and overall wasn’t unhappy with the haircut, but I won’t be returning.

Straight forward service! No pushy up sales. Jennifer was passionate, kind and honest. I won’t go anywhere else!

I would absolutely DO NOT recommend this salon. I went in with hair that was below my waist because I wanted a big change—a long bob. I showed the stylist multiple reference pictures of exactly what I wanted. Instead of washing my hair first, she put it into a ponytail and chopped it off, saying that since I was cutting it short there was “no reason to wash it all.” I trusted her because I assumed she knew what she was doing. I’ve tried many hairstylists over the years, but Jenny is by far the best. She always understands exactly what I want while also suggesting styles that truly suit me. Her attention to detail and expertise make every haircut perfect. And when it comes to short hair, no one does it better than Jenny. I always leave feeling confident and absolutely loving my haircut. Highly recommend!
